Recommended 5th Wheel Hitch For A 2017 Ram 2500 With RamBoxes

I have a 2017 RAM 2500 with rambox, well this product allow me to tow a 5th wheel? And if so and I dont need a hitch with a slider can you recommend a good hitch for this sidewinder?

For A 2017 Ram 2500 with RamBoxes you will have to use a rotating pin box to be able to tow a fifth wheel trailer. The 5th Airborne Premium 5th Wheel Air Ride King Pin with Sidewinder # 5AS16K does not come with a turret so you won't be able to attach this to your trailer without a turret with a corresponding bolt pattern. If you need help figuring out what pin box you currently have is then please send me in any numbers you see printed on it and some pictures and I can identify it for you.

As for the hitch I recommend the Reese 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch - Dual Jaw - 16,000lbs # RP30047 with the Reese Quick-Install Custom Outboard Installation Kit w/ Base Rails for 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches # RP56009-53. This hitch has 2-Jaw locking system provides more jaw-to-king-pin contact than slide-bar models for less rattle and greater security. It has an adjustable height of 13-1/2" - 17". These rails are a custom fit and will require no drilling to install on your truck.
