No, the B&W Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch # BWGNRK1111 that fits your 2016 Ford F-250 changed to the B&W Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch # BWGNRK1116 for the 2017-2021 Ford F-250. This changed occurred due to a different frame being used on the newer F-250's.
Both of these hitches will fit both the 6-3/4' or 8' bed lengths on their corresponding model year truck that did not come with the factory hitch prep/puck system.
You will be able to use a Hopkins Endurance 5th Wheel/Gooseneck 90-Degree Wiring Harness # 41157 with either the 2016 or 2018 F-250 as the wiring is the same between both years that included the 7-way factory wiring. This will allow you to have your 7-way plug inside your bed protecting your wiring from stretching over your tailgate down to the bumper connection.
