Yes, even with the RamBoxes on your 2016 Ram 2500 you can install the Hopkins 5th wheel wiring harness, which is the following part number:
- Hopkins Endurance 5th Wheel/Gooseneck 90-Degree Wiring Harness # 41157
Keep in mind that for Ram trucks with the RamBox, in order to tow a 5th wheel trailer you will also need a Sidewinder such as the Reese Sidewinder 5th Wheel King Pin with Rotating Turret # RP77FR for Lippert 1716, 1116, and 0115 pin boxes.
For your '16 Ram 2500 if you need base rails the best option due to their no-drill install is the Reese Quick-Install Custom Installation Kit w/ Base Rails # RP50054-58.
