Will it fit to any brand flatbed trailer? I have a PJ and a Bigtex?

The Gooseneck to 5th Wheel Trailer Coupler Adapter # KPG5-Q25-IP that you referenced is not a trailer brand specific fit. It can basically fit any trailer that has an outer gooseneck tube that has an inner dimension of 4 inch by 4 inch. The pin hole diameter is also 7/8 of an inch. If that would work on your trailer this would fit and work great.
