The correct trailer hitch receiver for your 2010 Subaru Outback Impreza Sport is the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class I - 1-1/4" # C11315. The one you were looking at is not a confirmed fit. As you can see in the attached demonstration video, this receiver offers a simple bolt-on installation requiring no welding or drilling.
Keep in mind, this receiver is class 1, so you will need to find accessories that are compatible with 1-1/4" class 1 receivers. I'm not sure what you were wanting to haul on the receiver, but I went ahead and attached a couple links that will take you to some compatible bike racks and cargo carriers.
