It sounds like you are trying to install a battery charge wire from your motor home to your Honda Civic. This is a fairly simple process if you are familiar with trailer wiring. You can simply run a wire, preferably 10 gauge wire like part # 10-1-1, from the positive terminal on your motor home battery to the positive terminal on your Civic.
To give the setup a more professional look, I recommend running the power wire from your motor home battery to the trailer connector on your motor home, this typically requires a 6-pin or 7-pin trailer socket similar to part # PK11893.
If you already have a trailer connector on your motor home that has 12 volt power supplied to it, such as a 6-pin or 7-pin connector, you can run a wire from the positive post on your Honda Civic to the correct mating connector on your Civic, like part # PK12706. This way, the battery on your Civic will receive a maintenance charge from your motor home battery when you are connected.
I have attached an FAQ article on trailer wiring that details how to wire a 6-pin and 7-pin trailer connector.
