To replace the 7.00-15 tires on your tandem axle trailer with ones that have a combined load rating of 10000lbs then I recommend going with the Provider ST225/75R15 Radial Trailer Tire - Load Range E # TR225LRE. This tire has a load rating of 2830lbs at 80 PSI so with 4 tires you will have a combined rating of 11320lbs, and will be very close in size to your 7.00-15 tires so the same wheels can be reused.

One thing to keep in mind is while this tire has such a high load rating your wheels may not. You will need to check your wheels to confirm their load rating and use the lower rating between the tire and wheel.
