Besides the BX 1120 base plate, what other parts would I need to complete the purchase? I need wiring and a brake control device that works well. Thanks

I can certainly list the parts I recommend for flat towing your 2004 Jeep Wrangler. You will need base plates as you already stated, then you will need light wiring, safety cables, tow bar, supplemental braking system, and a charge line to keep the towed vehicle's battery topped off.
