Troubleshooting LED Trailer Tail Light Being Very Dim
Question:
Is it repairable or its a matter of a new one

Since you are getting dim brake lights with the Combination LED Trailer Tail Light # STL8RB installed on your trailer the issue is more than likely a bad ground, or a bad wiring connection.
I would start with checking that the ground wire on each of the lights is connected to clean corrosion free metal and is not loose. If your trailer has a tilt bed or aluminum frame you will need to use # 16-1-1 to run from each ground wire to the main ground on the tongue as these style trailers are notorious for ground issues.
If the ground check out then check that the wire running from the trailer connector to the light that is dim does not have any damage to it that could be causing only a small amount of voltage to make it to the light. Any damaged sections will need to be replaced with # 16-1-1 and heat shrink butt connectors # DW05744-5.
I included a link to a helpful article on trailer wiring for you to take a look at.
