I need to see what type of modifications are made to the front of a 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited.

The only modifications needed for the front of your 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited will be to the lower portion of the fascia at the bottom grill, where cut outs will be need to made for the base plate tabs and electrical bracket to sit when you are installing the Blue Ox Base Plate Kit # BX1128.
If you go to about the 34:45 mark of the linked installation video you can see the cut outs that will need to be made.
This will be the first part of your flat tow set up, and you'll also need a tow bar, tow bar wiring, and supplemental braking system:
