Trailer Wiring Harness for 2022 Chevrolet Volt

Question:

So it was asked here priorly about what the best Wiring harness Kit for the Chevy Bolt is. And though the kits the individual suggested would likely work. He stated that the light locationsinch are similar to that of a Chevy Volt, which is actually not correct as the Volt lights are on the side fender and not the trunk / hatch. Where as the Bolt in every model year including the current 2022 the lights are all located in the Hatch. The lights in the lower bumper are only active when hatch is open. Is there any instructions or installation videos for the Chevy BOLT wiring harness. Both for color coding as well as how the hatch disassembles in order to access these wires.

The 4-Pole Trailer Connector and Installation Kit Item # C59496 does fit a 2022 Chevrolet Volt but I do not have any pictures or installation videos. That wiring harness is a universal harness that fits multiple vehicles such as the 2017 Volt in the question referenced. Searching through our fit guide it does not look like we have any custom wiring harnesses available yet for the 2022 Chevrolet Volts that I could provide you a clear install picture of (Sept 2021).
