The Draw-Tite hitch # 75507 you reference comes with all the hardware needed for a drill free installation. There are 3 different bolts that are used in this installation.

Bolt # 1 is a hex bolt which is 1/2-13 x 1-3/4 inches
Bolt # 2 is a hex bolt which is M10 x 1.25x40mm
Bolt # 3 is a carriage bolt that is 1/2-13 x 1-3/4 inches

The bolt that goes into your frame where there is an existing weld nut is bolt # 2. Many times on older vehicles corrosion builds up in the threads of the existing weld nut. I have attached a short video showing how to clean the weld nuts out so you can install your hitch. An awesome tool to have that will make the cleaning process much easier is Deka Battery Post and Terminal Cleaner # DW00254.

After the area is cleaned, you should not have any issues getting the hitch installed.
