Trunk Mounted Bike Rack Recommendation for 2007 Toyota Highlander

Hello, I have read through various recommendations for a trunk bike rack to be used on a 2007 Toyota Highlander. My son will be moving back from Indiana to California and has a rooftop carrier for light bulky items and no trailer hitch or desire to install one. The recommendation that this Q and A gave seems to no longer be available so I am hoping that a new recommendation can be made. Thanking you in advance,

For a 2007 Toyota Highlander the best trunk mounted bike rack available is the Thule Outway part # TH45JV which is basically the continuation of the Raceway rack you referenced except updated to be lighter, easier to use, and more secure.
