For your 2018 Jeep Wrangler Willys I recommend the Air Lift 1000 Air Helper Springs # AL60817 which is confirmed to fit the rear coil springs of your vehicle.
This kit works with air pressure between 5 - 35 PSI and will offer up to 1000lbs of load leveling support.
To keep from having to manually inflate the helper springs each time you are carrying heavy payload or towing a trailer I recommend adding an on-board air compressor kit. I like the Air Command # F2158 as it is a very cost effective kit that allows you to adjust the air pressure in the helper springs via the switch on the included analog gauge.
