Trailer Hitch and Bike Rack Recommendation for a 2011 Hyundai Accent GL Hatchback
Question:
Will this fit on a 2011 Hyundai Accent GL hatchback?

Because your Hyundai Accent has that trim piece with the third brake light in it at the top of the hatch, a trunk mount bike rack should not be used. That part of the car is not designed to support the stress associated with a trunk mount bike rack.
The safest way to carry 2 bikes on your Accent hatchback is to install a trailer hitch, # 24795, and use a hitch mount bike rack. This is a Class I trailer hitch so you must use a bike rack that is Class I compatible. I recommend the Swagman Titan # S63400. It comes with anti-sway cradles, it can tilt and fold, it has an integrated cable lock, and the rise in the shank will provide better round clearance. I have linked a video of this rack for you and linked a video showign a typical hitch installation.
If you will be carrying any bikes that do not have a top frame bar that goes straight across (like a typical mens bike) I recommend using bike adapter bar # 64005. This will allow you to carry those bikes more level and provide better ground clearance. I use adapters similar to this and without them my wifes bike would be at a severe angle and I would not be able to load my sons bike at all. I have linked a video showing how the adapter works.
