Will the TremPro 644 Silicone Sealant Work with PVC Applications?
Question:
Is the sealant #0160297 compatible with a PVC roof? I am installing a Dometic Fan-tastic Clamp on fan and etrailer online recommends this sealant BUT my roof is a Lasalle bristol PVC roof and I don’t think PVC roofs are compatible with a silicone based sealant???

I have a solution for you. Even though the TremPro 644 Silicone Sealant # 0160297 is rated to use for plumbing applications, the manufacturer could not confirm whether it could be used specifically on PVC. However, for a sealant that will definitely work with PVC, I recommend the LaSalle Bristol XTRM Universal Self-Leveling Sealant # 34427034145-1.
