What Thule Crossbar Parts Can I Use from My 2017 Audi Q7 on My 2021 Volvo XC90?

Good day, We recently changed vehicles from a 2017 Audi Q7 to 2021 Volvo XC90 with flush mount rails. I kept Thule Evo racks and want to place them on the Volvo. I was looking at our the flush mount feet part number 460R, is there a compatible rail attachment kit for the XC90 to use this part or do I need to purchase all new mounting hardware?

I have a solution for you. Unfortunately, the only crossbar systems that Thule makes for your 2021 Volvo XC90 include the Evo Flush Rail Feet for Thule Crossbars - Flush Side Rails # TH710601 and will not be able to use the Rapid Podium Feet for Thule Crossbars - Fixed Point # TH460R that you have from your 2017 Audi Q7. In addition, your 2021 Volvo XC90 will require a different fit kit to attach the feet: Fit Kit for Thule Evo Flush Roof Rack Feet - 186028 # TH186028. You also have the ability to add extra security with the Thule One-Key System Locks # TH450200.

With the Evo roof rack feet and the fit kit, you will be able to attach your Thule WingBar Evo crossbars to your 2021 Volvo XC90.
