Can the Yakima LockNLoad Platform be added to the crossbars? I want to add the platform when the system is adjusted to the 19” height. I have a 2019 Ford F-150 Super Crew 5 1/2 ft. bed length with a RTRAC XR Pro with the track rails. What does this do to the weight capacity? If possible, which size do you recommend?

Yes, the Yakima OverHaul HD Adjustable Truck Bed Ladder Rack for Tonneau Cover # Y01151-5855 can have a Yakima LockNLoad Platform attached to it. This ladder rack has an on-road weight capacity of 500lbs so depending on the size of the Yakima LockNLoad Platform you choose you would just subtract its weight from the 500lbs to determine the remaining weight capacity available. Depending on the LockNLoad Platform kit you get it will have crossbar clamps # Y05039 included to attach the platform to the crossbars of your ladder rack.

For your 2019 Ford F-150's 66" bed I recommend the Yakima LockNLoad Platform Rack for Crossbars - Aluminum - 60" Long x 54" Wide # Y05045-39 so you'll be able to have the # Y01151-5855 height down at 19" without coming into contact with the cab or having a large overhang. The # Y05045-39 weighs approximately 57lbs so that would leave you with 443lbs of weight capacity left for the items you need to haul.
