After installing the Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch Receiver # 75599 you were looking at you will indeed be able to reinstall the full size spare tire on your 2005 Honda Pilot.
If you are planning on towing with your Pilot you will also need a vehicle wiring harness # 118336, and a ball mount, hitch ball, and hitch pin and clip which can all be found in the etrailer Ball Mount Kit # 989900.
