The Replacement Heavy Duty Firestone Air Bag # F9294 is designed to replace OEM air bags. If you currently have air bags with part number W01-358-9294 then these will fit. If you do not, you will need to measure to see if these will fit on your 2002 Spartan MM-2242.
The top of the # F9294 has a mounting plate measuring 9" in diameter with two mounting holes 5-1/2" apart on center. The bottom measures 9-1/2" in diameter and has a single bolt for mounting in the center. If you find that you do not have these same measurements, this will not be a fit for you.
