I confirmed with my contact at Dexter (the manufacturer of Titan products) that the reservoir plugs and the plastic caps on the Replacement Master Cylinder Assembly for Titan Model 10 and Model 20 Brake Actuators - Drum # T2374600 will not allow rainwater to enter. However, it is not recommended to completely submerge the replacement assembly under water.
