Should I Buy 1 or 2 SoftStart # SSR54FR for My 2 Air Conditioners on My 2019 Renegade Verona LE?

Question:

I have two air conditioners on my 2019 Renegade Verona LE. If I set both thermostats which control the air conditioners independently it is possible for one to be running, pulling about 5 amps when the other starts up. Would it be best to install Soft Starts on each air conditioner to insure I dont get to an overload if one is running and the unit without the Soft Start starts up?

I contacted my representative at SoftStart, and he strongly recommends that you purchase a SoftStartRV Soft Start for RV AC Units # SSR54FR for each of your two air conditioners on your 2019 Renegade Verona LE. This will prevent any unnecessary overloads with two A/C units running off 1 SoftStart unit. I went ahead and attached an installation video to this answer to show the installation process.
