Recommended Bike Rack To Carry Two 70lb E-Bikes With 2013 Honda CR-V

I recommend the Swagman E-Spec Bike Rack for 2 Electric Bikes # S94FR which works with bikes that weigh up to 70lbs each, with tires up to 3" wide so your two Rad Mini E-Bikes weighing in at 70lbs with 4" wide tires will fit perfectly after installing the Fat Tire Adapter Kit # S64679.
Now this rack will require a 2" trailer hitch receiver to be installed on your 2013 Honda CR-V, so if you do not currently have one I recommend the etrailer # e98868. This hitch has a 350lb tongue weight rating to adequately support the bike rack and bikes, but also has a nice matte black powder coat finish to blend in to the plastic trim on your vehicle.
