The Trailer Hitch # 24847 is confirmed to fit your 2013 Toyota Prius V. This is a 1-1/4 inch hitch, and you are correct, there is only 1-1/4 inch hitch available for this vehicle. At this time we do not have any wiring options for this vehicle. You may have to contact a Toyota dealership to find this.
For your 2004 Toyota Corolla you would want the Draw-Tite part # 24913. I attached installation instructions and an install video for this product for you to check out also. There is wiring available for this vehicle, you would want a Curt Harness part # 55542. I attached installation instructions for this product for you to check out also.
Both of these hitches come with ball mounts and hitch pin and clips.
