Plug And Play Tekonsha Wiring Harness Adapter For 2001 Chevrolet Silverado
Question:
I have a 2001 Silverado 3500. I want to replace the existing Commander XP controller with the Prodigy P3. The fitment guide indicates the 3025-P as the correct harness. However, the 3025-P has 4 pins, while the my current harness has 5 pins in the orange/brown plug. The under-dash junction box has 5 pins. Is one of these junction box pins the one marked Dinch in the junction box not needed for this controller? I have attached pictures of my existing controller, its harness plug, as well as my junction box. Thank you,
