The Curt # C11294 Class I hitch is a fit for Sedan and Hatchback models of the 2005 Ford Focus, unless it's an SVT model.
Drilling is not required for the Sedan models, but for hatchback models you will need to drill one 1/2 inch diameter hole in the passenger side frame rail.
