Yes, a 1-1/4" inch hitch will be able to accommodate an electric bike rack if your hitch has enough tongue weight capacity. For a great hitch rack that will fit a 1-1/4" hitch, I recommend the Thule EasyFold XT Bike Rack for 2 Electric Bikes # TH903202. One of the great features of the EasyFold XT is that it comes with an integrated ramp that allows you to roll your heavy bikes onto the platform. For an even easier loading experience, I recommend purchasing the Extra-Long Loading Ramp for Thule EasyFold XT # TH933402. The extra long ramp provides less of an incline than the ramp that comes with the EasyFold XT. I went ahead and attached a video of this answer that shows the comparison. If you have fat-tire electric bikes, I recommend the fat tire bike straps # TH985101.
