Recommended Suspension Enhancement For 2017 Ford F-350 DRW To Prevent Sway From Truck Bed Camper

I have a 2017 F-350 dually. We purchased a 4,900 lb truck camper. The truck handles it great and the weight distribution of the camper keeps the truck nice and level. What we do find, as you would suspect, is a bit of side-to-side sway when cornering and on uneven roads. I was looking at airbags, but in doing more reading, Im wondering if that may not be the best solution, so Im looking for some input. Thanks

Since you are not getting much if any sag when carrying your truck bed camper in your 2017 Ford F-350 Dual Rear Wheel I recommend going with the RoadActive Suspension Leaf Spring Enhancement Kit # RAS3611-SLHD if your truck has the upper overload springs, or the # RAS3611-SHD if your truck does NOT have the factory upper overload spring.

These kits will add 3000lbs of load leveling support, but more importantly are the best option for reducing sway and body roll like you are experiencing. This will give you a much better ride than an air helper spring kit.
