Comparing Fastway e2 and Camco Eaz-Lift Weight Distribution System for 4K Trailer
Question:
I will be towing a hybrid travel trailer with a 1/4 ton pickup. Towing weights are will be close ~95 to achieving the full truck manufacturer max. 4,500 lbs truck loaded, per actual weighing towing 4,000 lbs 21foot light weight travel trailer fold down beds with canvas. To reduce sway while highway driving, will I be better of with the EAZ lift and a sway bar or the E2? Based on the expert recommendations it reads like the E2 provides some sway control, but may not outperform other unmentioned systems. Thank you.

The Fastway e2 and Camco Eaz-Lift are both great weight distribution system options. The Camco Eaz-Lift is not an option we carry unfortunately so I do not have much information on this. That said, they are both very similar and the Fastway e2 is one of the best bang for your buck options on the market. It has integrated sway control for easy hookup and better control, trunnion spring bars for better ground clearance, interchangeable spring bars for multiple trailers, and a bolt-on drill free design. The correct model for a 4,000 lb trailer is part # FA92-00-0600. The only thing else you'll need is a hitch ball, part # EQ91-00-6080 for 2" or part # EQ91-00-6100 for 2-5/16".
