Using A B&W Hitch In 2019 Ram Short Bed And 2019 Ram Long Bed

Can i use a fifth wheel hitch out of a 2019 ram 3500 long bed in my 2019 2500 short bed

You can use the same hitch in different bed lengths. The only issues you may face are the turning clearance when using a smaller bed and compatibility of the rails if you try to reuse them as well. Since you indicated that your 6.5' bed has the OEM prep package you can use an industry standard rail adapter like the # RP30154 to utilize the puck system with a non prep package hitch like the B&W Patriot 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch # BWRVK3270 you linked to.

You can use the rail adapter in the long bed as well if it has the puck system. If not then the # BWRVK3270 on the rails you currently have in the long bed as long as they're industry standard rails (ISR). In the long bed you wouldn't need to use the slider since you'll have enough clearance so you can just leave it locked in place.
