There are 5 basic components needed when flat towing a vehicle: a tow bar, a base plate kit, a safety cable set, tow bar wiring, and a supplemental braking system.
From the attached images it appears you have a factory chrome bumper. I suggest the Blue Ox Base Plate Kit W/ Removable Arms, # BX1137.
For the tow-bar, I suggest the Blue Ox Alpha 2 Non-Binding Tow Bar W/ Motorhome Mount - 2" Hitch - 6,500 lbs., # BX7380. The Alpha 2's convenient, self-centering arms help to make hookup a snap. Once you have connected the tow bar to your vehicle's base plates, simply drive your RV forward until the tow bar arms fully extend and lock in place. The needed safety cables are included.
For tow-bar wiring so your Jeep's indicator lights match that of the RV/tow vehicle, you have two options. The first option is to use magnetic lights, the Optronics Magnetic Tow Lights # TL21RK. They're not a permanent install and easy to setup. If you'd rather a hardwire permanent install use the # RM-15267 diode kit (note linked installation video). If you use the diode kit you will need the Brake-Lite Relay # RM-88400 as well to keep the Jeep's lights from overriding the RV's.
For supplemental braking system I recommend is the Roadmaster Even Brake, part # RM-9400.
Finally, you'll likely need a high-low adapter. I've attached an article to help you determine the correct rise or drop your setup requires. I've also linked our selection of adapters for you to look at once you know what you need.
In addition to my recommendations I've linked some articles on flat towing that you may find helpful.
