Lift Spacers for Firestone Suspension Enhancement on a 2009 Chevy Silverado 2500HD w/4 Inch Lift

Question:

I have a 2009 Chevy 2500 HD with 4 inch axle spacers on rear. Im going to cut these down to 3 1/2. That would leave me with 9 1/2 inches from top to bottom on air bag. Can I just leave the f2371 on it now, or should I go down to three and use f2368.If I went down to three that would be 9 inches on air bag top to bottom. Reason for change back is 2 1/4 inches taller then front.I put a four inch lift kit on it. They tightened torsion bars for tire clearance. Front was higher than rear. Bought four inch blocks. Should have just went with three. I could not find three inch blocks, only two or four. Is Measurement with airbags, deflated, which I assume you want is nine inches with four inch axle blocks.

I would go down to 3 inches and use spacer # F2368. The measurement should be with the bags deflated or at the minimum psi.

When modifying the axle spacers on the lift kit, be sure to contact the lift kit manufacturer and/or the installer to determine if this is acceptable and if so, what would be the best way to do so. I have included a link to the instructions for the lift spacers for you.
