Please recommend the proper Draw tite hitch and 4 pin wiring harness for my 2019 Ford Explorer Manufactured in Chicago for SALE IN CANADA.

I reached out to my contact at Draw-Tite and he was able to confirm that the correct trailer hitch receiver for your 2019 Ford Explorer that is for sale in Canada is the Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch Receiver # 76034. He mentioned that this hitch is sold here and in Canada.
For a 4-way wiring harness I recommend the # 118540 which he was also able to confirm will still work on your Explorer.
