Recommended Rooftop AC Units For A Dometic AC System On A 2000 Safari Sahara Motorhome
Question:
I own a 2000 Safari Sahara motorhome with dual Dometic Duo Therm Model 600315.321 A/C units. The units are ducted in the ceiling to a number of circular vents. There is a separate floor ducted furnace to supply heat. Id like to upgrade these units with Furrion or Advent units. Which would you recommend for a plug and play replacement. Will I need any additional parts, for example, interior air inlet ceiling panels or thermostats?

The Furrion Chill Replacement RV Air Conditioner for Dometic Brisk Setup - 15,000 Btu # FR42PV is a simple plug and play rooftop replacement. It will just swap out your old Dometic rooftop unit and plug into your Dometic system with an included adapter allowing you to retain the use of your system inside.
