Does Curt Trailer Hitch Fit 2020 Toyota Prius Require Fascia Trim

does the bumper need to be cut to get more access to the height of the hitch and bike rack?

When you install the Curt hitch part # C11473 that fits your 2020 Toyota Prius you will need to cut a couple rear fascia panels. If you check out the install instructions link I attached you can see the steps that cover that.
