Question:
The video was very helpful. However, what about the trailer lights electrical connector? What item would I need for this?

The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C13146 is an excellent options for a 2020 Honda Pilot and what I recommend. I have attached an install video I did below. I am not sure if this is the one you're referring to but regardless, you can easily attach any trailer connector to this hitch using a series of brackets. If you are after a 7-way like the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness with 7-Way Trailer Connector part # CU86FR you'd need the No-Drill Bracket part # C57202 and Mounting Bracket part # A10-9394VP. If you are after a 4-way like the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness part # C56291 you can just secure it to the safety chains with the dust cap included.
