Wiring a Heavy Duty Boat Trailer to be Towed by a Semi

Like to find out the correct way. Everything is working except the brake lights . The brake when apply put on the side turn signal as well.

Getting the brake lights to work will depend on if your brake lights and turn signals are wired separately. As the # HM20049 isn't working properly, this is most likely what is going on.
You will need to install the Roadmaster Brite-Lite Wiring Converter # RM-732 to get the brake lights working properly. This will convert your 3 wire electrical system on the truck to a 2-wire system on the trailer.
