Troubleshooting Individual Brake/Turn Signal Light Not Working On Command Triple Trailer Taillight

Question:

The Command 003-30 taillights are on my Coachmen Freelander, mounted vertically. Each fixture has two red lights with a white light in the middle. The left taillight fixture works properly. The other one operates properly when the lights are on, but the top light does not work when the turn signal is on or when the brakes are applied. The bottom red light operates properly. I removed the fixture but could not see a problem. The connections were inside the caoch body and inaccessible. What do I do next?

It sounds to me like one of the wires pulled out of the connector for the Triple LED Trailer Tail Light # CE44VR.

There are 2 red wires that control the brake lights and turn signals on the taillight. One for the top light and one for the bottom. The simplest fix if you can not access the wiring connectors would be to use a Quick Splice # SWC502905-1 to connect the loose wire to the other red wire. If neither wire is loose either there is a break in the wiring or the LED's in the top circuit are bad and the entire light will need replaced.

The other wires are 2 black wires for the running lights, 1 white wire as a ground and the purple wire for the reverse lights.
