On the 2020 and newer models the rear fascia is lower so there was a redesign on the hitch. For your 2021 Lexus R350, the Curt Class 3 Trailer Hitch # C73DR is a confirmed fit as long as you do not have the F-Sport model.

For a bike rack, I recommend the Thule Apex XT 4 Bike Rack # TH9025XT for your Lexus.
