I would be happy to recommend the correct Roadmaster Comfort Ride Leaf Spring Suspension Kit W/ Shocks for your 2016 Dutchmen Voltage V-3002 with triple 7000lb Lippert axles but the # RM-2460-2580 you were looking at is for tandem axle trailers with 8000lb axles.

For your trailer you will need the Roadmaster Comfort Ride Leaf Spring Suspension Kit w/ Shock Absorbers - Triple 7K Trailer Axles # RM-2460-2570-3 instead. This kit is designed to work with triple 7000lb axles like you have, and is confirmed to fit your V-3002. You will notice quite the improvement in ride quality due to the hanger boxes with built in rollers to keep road shock from one axle to the others, and the nitrogen charged shock absorbers that will do a great job of absorbing road shock.

For a disc brake conversion kit for your trailer I recommend the HydraStar Disc Brake Kit w/ Actuator for Triple Axle Trailers - 13" Hub/Rotor - 8 on 6-1/2 - 7K # HYD54FR which is confirmed to fit your 7000lb Lippert axles and includes the electric over hydraulic actuator, brake line kit, and hardware needed to complete the install.

The only other thing you may need is a different trailer brake controller if the one you have is not compatible with electric over hydraulic brakes. If you need a new controller I recommend the Tekonsha Prodigy P3 # 90195 as it is an extremely reliable controller that works perfectly with EOH brakes.

I included videos of the products mentioned for you to take a look at.
