Troubleshooting Tekonsha Primus IQ TK90160 Having Two Flashing Lines and Dots Error Code
Question:
Hi. I get flashing lights that dont fall into any of the troubleshooting light categories that you have listed. There are two flashing lines on the bottom but also two flashing symbols on the top. I cant tell what the symbols are. All of the lights are red. Any suggestions?

First things first based on the picture you provided of the Tekonsha Primus IQ # TK90160 installed in your 2015 Toyota 4Runner it is actually mounted upside down. The blue button and sticker should be at the top closest to the dash as shown in the included picture.
With the error code you are getting is that the angle is mounted at too high of an angle, but flipping it around will likely fix this issue.
I included a video of the # TK90160 for you to take a look at.
