Can Hitch Extender And Dual Hitch Adapter Be Used To Flat Tow 2021 Jeep Wrangler Sport?

I am planning to assemble this list of towing parts to flat tow my Jeep and haul 2 bikes. Is this a safe setup? Attach RM-071-1075 to motor home. Motor home hitch receiver rated 7,500lbs Attach RM-077-10 with 10inch riser on top Attach Rocky Mounts bike rack for two bikes to upper receiver Attach Blue Ox tow bar to lower receiver Flat tow 2021 Jeep Sport, approx 3,900lbs Will also be attaching a Rock Guard system over the tow bar, approx 50lbs? I have another option for you, but you cannot safely use the Roadmaster Anti-Rattle Hitch Extender # RM-071-1075 and Dual Hitch Adapter # RM-077-10 you mentioned together as they will cause a not very secure connection and will render your trailer hitch receiver unable to flat tow your 2021 Jeep Wrangler Sport.
To be able to flat tow your Jeep while carrying your Rockymounts bike rack you will need to use only the Roadmaster Dual Hitch Receiver Adapter, 10" Drop/Rise # RM-077-10.
This will allow you to connect your Blue Ox Tow Bar to the lower receiver and insert the bike rack in the upper receiver.
For a rock guard system you will need the Blue Ox KarGard Towed Vehicle Protector # BX8870 which works with every Blue Ox Tow Bar with the exception of the Acclaim, and will work perfectly with a dual hitch adapter.
If you do not already have the tow bar, baseplate, supplemental braking system, tow bar wiring, or safety cables to flat tow your Jeep I recommend the following products:
