Depending on your hitch type there are a few different options for you to consider.
First for a weight distribution hitch I recommend using an Extended Weight Dist Shank # EQ90-02-4500. This will work on weight distribution hitches that have bolt holes 1-1/4" on center. It is 14" from the center of the receiver pin hole to the center of the vertical bolt holes. Depending on your weight distribution system this should gain you roughly 6" of additional length.
A Brophy Ball Mount # BH20 will gain you approximately 5-7" of additional length with its extended tube. It is 13-1/4" from the center of the receiver pin hole to the center of the ball mount. This will ball mount has a capacity of 1,000lbs of tongue weight and 10,000lbs of total trailer weight.
The Brophy Hitch Reducer and Extender # HR26 will convert a 2-1/2" receiver if your truck is equipped with the larger receiver down to a 2" receiver. This extends your receiver 7" and will support 500lbs of tongue weight and 5,000lb trailer weight. Using a weight distribution hitch increases capacity to 1,000lbs tongue weight and 10,000lbs trailer weight.
Please let me know if these options are not far enough or rated for enough weight for what you need.
