Determining Which Replacement Grease Seals Fit Dexter Axle Model D52 On 2000 Shasta Pheonix 278BH  

Question:

I am trying to find out what seals I need for a Dexter D52 axle. On the axle plate it reads Dexter Axle P-1 Model D52 SLR 13.3 SN D4667001 4,000 lb capacity. I dont know exactly what the bolt pattern is, but I know it is a 6 bolt wheel. Goes on a 2000 Shasta Phoenix 278BH travel trailer.

My contact at Dexter was able to confirm that your axle uses grease seals # RG06-070.

They also mentioned your axle uses inner bearing # 25580, inner race # 25520, outer bearing # LM67048, and outer race # LM67010.

If you are needing bearings and seals you can purchase the Bearing Kit, LM67048/25580 Bearings, 10-36 Seal # BK3-300 for each spindle as it includes each of the components mentioned above.
