TRYING TO INSTALL A BRAKE CONTROLLER ON A 2019 WITHOUT FACTORY TOW PACKAGE. THE WIRE AT THE BRAKESWITCH IS CANBUS 4.2 VOLTS. WHERE CAN I PULL BRAKE SIGNAL FROM??

When we installed the Tekonsha Voyager Trailer Brake Controller # 39510 in a 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee without the factory tow package we found that there was still a connector near the emergency brake pedal that has the brake signal on the green and white wire as you can see at the 13:45 minute mark in the included video.

The brake light switch on your vehicle cannot be tapped into for getting the brake light signal, so you will need to use this green and white wire instead.
