Reese M5 Series Hitch Recommendation for a 2013 Ford Super Duty Long Bed

the reeves 5th wheel is recomended for the 2013 long bed ford that has already got the prep for the 5th wheel will or does currt have one that will fit without extra mounting hardware

The Reese M5 Series 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch # RP30922 that you referenced would be the correct hitch to go with your Ford Hitch Prep package. Curt does not offer a hitch that would install into the underbed pucks without an adapter like Reese Elite Series Underbed Rail Adapter # RP30156.
Since you have a long bed you would not need a slider hitch either.
