The replacement hardware you need for the Westin E-Series Bull Bar with Skid Plate # 31-5615 is the Replacement Mounting Hardware Kit for Westin E-Series 3" Bullbar With Skidplate # 31-561PK. Unfortunately, Westin does not sell the brackets individually from the set.

The Westin Bull Bar part #31-5610 that you referenced is a fit for your 2020 Toyota 4Runner but it would interfere with your cruise control radar/sensors on the front of the vehicle according to Westin.

We do have replacement mounting hardware for the Aries Grille Guard on your 2008 Toyota 4Runner. If you have the #AA2058 the correct brackets and hardware are the #AABRKT-2058. If you have the #AA66XB then you need the #AABRKT-2066.
