Yes, the Malone SteelTop Roof Rack - Square Crossbars - Steel - 50" Long, part # MPG201, can clamp to a 1" round bar. This raised rail roof rack system comes with spacers to help attach the towers if the bars are too small. This rack has square crossbars that accept clamp on rack accessories. The crossbars are steel with a vinyl coating to resist corrosion. This rack also comes with locks and keys so you can secure your rack to your 2016 Lexus GX 460. Please check with Gobi to see whether these crossbars are able to be attached to their rack.
