Anti-Rattle Device Hitch Not Working For My Thule EasyFold XT

Question:

I put the key and unlocked but the black knob is just spinning and spinning but not getting loose. I just know how to unlock and loose the rack from hitch.

The lock for your Thule EasyFold XT Bike Rack for 2 Electric Bikes - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches - Frame Mount2, part # TH903202, is behaving as if it is in the locked position. My first suggestion would be to turn the key in the other direction and hope that your anti-rattle hitch device does loosen on your bike hitch rack. If that does not work, your only option would be to have it forcibly removed by destroying the anti-rattle/lock mechanism, which would render the rack inoperable.
