Are there any other accessories needed to attach the Curt Cargo Carrier 18151 to this Hitch?

The only other part needed to attach the 20x59 Curt Cargo Carrier # C18151 to the Curt Trailer Hitch # C13382, will be either a standard pin and clip, or a locking pin.
For a standard pin, I suggest going with the Curt # C21510. The rubberized handle makes this easier to grip than most others. If you prefer a locking pin, the etrailer.com # e98880 will be a great option. This is chrome plated and will be very rust resistant.
The only other part I tend to suggest is an anti-rattle device. The Roadmaster Quiet Hitch # RM-061 will keep everything from moving in the hitch and I highly recommend it.
